The best way to purchase and maintain a bicycle is always through your local retailer, LeFevre Bikes.

Purchase Policies

In-Store Pickup

  • Free Pickup: In-store pickup is free for all items, including bicycles.
  • Ready Times:
    • Most in-stock accessory and part orders will be ready within one business day.
    • In-stock, assembled bicycles will be ready within one business day.
    • In-stock, unassembled bikes will require up to two business days for assembly and testing.
  • We will notify you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection.
  • Urgent Orders: If you need an item immediately, please call ahead to confirm availability.
  • Holding Period: Unless special arrangements are made, orders must be picked up within 10 business days.

 Home Delivery Service

  • Home delivery service is available for a fee of $55 within a 25-mile radius of the store.
  • All deliveries must be scheduled in advance with shop management.
  • No deliveries will be scheduled on Sundays, Mondays, and major holidays.

Pricing and Information

We strive to maintain current and accurate prices and information on all our platforms. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist, regardless of the source of the error.

Returns and Exchanges

General Conditions

  • Proof of Purchase: An original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return, the item must be in “like-new condition” and must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Final Say: Store personnel will have the final say on an item’s condition and eligibility for return.
  • Time Limits: No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the original purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sales)

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Bicycles, frames, or merchandise that have been special ordered for a customer.
  • Products marked as “clearance” or “final sale.”
  • Clothing or shoes that have been worn.
  • Items for human consumption (energy/hydration products) once the product has left the store premises.
  • Bicycle racks once they have been installed on a vehicle.
  • Any item that has been altered, installed, or used (including accessories).

Service, Repairs, and Warranty

Service and Repair

  • Estimates: Service costs will be estimated and discussed with the customer at the time of drop-off. Estimates are subject to change if the work becomes more in-depth. We will call you if the cost exceeds a pre-set limit.
  • Labor Charges: We do not refund labor charges. We warrant and stand behind the quality of our service.
  • Service Disputes: If you are not satisfied with the service, please return the bicycle promptly, and we will endeavor to correct the issue.
  • Hold Times: Upon completion, customers will be notified. We will hold the bike for 10 business days before additional storage charges apply, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Refusal of Service: LeFevre Bikes reserves the right to deny repairs on any bike we do not think we can reasonably repair, or for safety reasons (especially for unlisted e-bike brands).

Warranties

  • We will gladly process all manufacturer warranties on products we sell, provided the warranty exists and is within the manufacturer’s specified time frame.
  • If a product is no longer under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all parts, labor, and repair costs.
